1 August 2025 – A memorable day that marked the launch of Kitchen of Love @ Central, a new initiative in partnership with the Central Singapore Community Development Council (CDC). Over the coming year, this mobile kitchen will travel across the Central District, bringing signature dishes and heartwarming entertainment to over 1,000 seniors and families.

At the launch event held at Kampong Glam Community Club, 300 seniors enjoyed a hearty Chinese and Western breakfast featuring favourites like Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles, dumplings, eggs, muffins, croissants and more! Thoughtfully packed goodie bags completed with DIY Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle kits were also distributed, allowing guests to recreate the experience in the comfort of their own homes.

Now in our 14th year of partnership with Central Singapore CDC, Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant remains deeply committed to giving back with sincerity and purpose. Upcoming plans include distributing kitchen care packages and offering culinary training to selected beneficiaries, continuing our mission to serve the community one meaningful dish at a time.
