Back by popular demand at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road's Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant is a vibrant seafood galore featuring Executive Chef Leung Wing Chung's very own seafood creations. Famed for our hearty Cantonese-styled soups, enjoy the luxurious double-boiled seafood soup teeming with ingredients such as Shunde fishballs, mussels and prawns. You can add a little crunch to your flavourful broth by topping up a portion of Crispy Rice (脆米) at just SGD10.
Also included in the seafood buffet feast are the Boiled Conch served with Homemade Sauce (白灼海响螺), Flatfish in Passion Fruit Sauce with Fresh Fruits (百香果鱼球), Mussel with Cheese and Garlic Sauce (芝士蒜香焗青口), alongside family favourite dishes and desserts.
