Moving away from the typical buffet experience, every item on our menu is hand-folded and prepared from scratch each morning. Each dish reflects Chef Andy’s commitment to authentic flavors, bringing together the delicate precision of the Canton region and the vibrant, layered spices of Sichuan.

From 20 March to 31 July 2026, Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant’s Weekend A La Carte Dim Sum Buffet is at $68 per adult and $34 per child at Beach Road on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. Minimum 4 adults dining to enjoy this buffet.
