1. Voucher is not valid for redemption on the day of purchase and/or without legible issue date.

2. Valid from 1 May till 31 December 2026.

3. Valid for redemption on the eve of and on public holidays.

4. Valid at Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant UOB Plaza 1 and PARKROYAL on Beach Road.

5. Valid on a la carte food and standard beverage orders during lunch and dinner.

6. Valid for dine-in and takeaway orders only and must be presented at point of order.

7. Not valid for delivery orders.

8. Not valid for redemption at Chuān @ The Sixtieth and Tian Fu Tea House.

9. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or cash vouchers, discount and
other privileges unless otherwise stated.

10. Voucher is not valid if defaced, mutilated or altered and is non-replaceable.

11. No cash or credit will be returned if payment made by the voucher is in excess of the total bill.

12. Balance payment must be made with a Bank of China or UOB Card.

13. Voucher settlement is not inclusive of service charge and prevailing government taxes.
