Three decades of craftsmanship, one continuing legacy

For this special anniversary experience, we’re delighted to welcome back Guest Chef Zeng Feng, who served as Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant’s Executive Chef for more than 20 years since our founding. He co-helms this experience with our Executive Chef Hoo Chee Keong.

To mark our 30th anniversary, discover a special selection of creations featuring ingredients aged for more than 30 years, including Chinese wine, preserved radish, aged tangerine peel, vinegar and Pu’er tea.
